Are there overnight interest for US stock CFD products? How to calculate overnight interest?

The overnight interest for CFD products on US stocks is charged based on the annualized 4 of the contract value of the position actually held by the customer. The formula for calculating overnight interest is as follows:

    • Lot size * contract size * market price * long or short overnight interest (4) * trading days / 360 days

Example:

Buy 1 lot of Tesla stock CFD, the market price is 999 US dollars, hold the position overnight for one day, the overnight interest is 1.11 US dollars, the calculation method is as follows:

    • Lot size (1) * contract size (10) * market price (999) * long/short order overnight interest (4 ) * trading days (1) / 360 days = 1.11
