Are there any limits on the number of positions and orders that a challenge account can hold?

Yes, the maximum position limit for the DP Funded Proprietary Trading Account during the DP Funded phase will be consistent with the position limits during the challenge phase 1 and phase 2. In other words, the daily drawdown, maximum drawdown, and maximum position limit for the client will be the same in both the challenge phase and the DP Funded phase.
If your Challenge Mode account has reached the maximum number of open positions, any subsequent open positions will be forcibly closed by the system.The losses caused by forced liquidation orders shall be borne by the customer, and the profits shall be deducted.

The specific restrictions are as follows:

Challenge fund USD 2,000 – Maximum opening position 0.4 lot
Challenge fund USD 5,000 – Maximum open position 1 lot
Challenge fund USD 10,000 – Maximum open position 2 lots
Challenge fund USD 25,000 – Maximum open position 5 lots
Challenge fund USD 50,000 – Maximum opening position 10 lots
Challenge fund USD 100,000 – Maximum open position 20 lots
Challenge fund USD 200,000 – Maximum open position 40 lots
Challenge fund USD 500,000 – Maximum opening position 80 lots

The maximum number of open orders and pending orders for MT4 and MT5 accounts shall not exceed 1,500 in total
