Why is my Doo Prime User Center account disabled?

If you have not logged into the Doo Prime User Center for more than 6 months, the account will be disabled and deactivated. You can click “Reactivate” in the notification, enter the received verification code, and click “Login” to log in to the Doo Prime User Center again. If you still cannot log in to the Doo Prime User Center, please send an email to en.support@dooprime.com .
